The Board of Management directs the strategic policies and the business of Bield.
There are 13 elected members of the Board who give their time on a voluntary basis. The Board can also co-opt additional members to the Board and Committees. Meetings are held a minimum of 4 times per year.
The Chair of the Board is Gerry O'Sullivan and and the Vice Chair is Jim Jarvie.
The Board are supported by a number of committees. These each normally meet 4 times a year.
