A variety of services are available to individuals, Organisations, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. As a forward thinking organisation we pride ourselves on finding the solution to your problems. All services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Current services include:

  • Emergency Call System - this service provides reassurance and a means of calling for assistance to residents in sheltered, amenity or private accommodation. Response24 responds to personal emergencies repairs, door access and provides general reassurance and support.
  • Out of Hours Repair Service – Response24 provides a repair line service during out of hours. We will arrange emergency repairs and offer advice and support to residents. This service is popular with a number of Housing Associations and private organisations as it gives continuous emergency repair cover. It can help organisations comply with the regulations under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 in relation to repairs.
  • Smart Technology Solutions - Response24 has the most advanced technology enabling smart sensor solutions to be monitored at our control centre. This service is particularly useful for frail older residents. The technology can be tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Personal Alarm Monitoring – Response24 monitors personal alarm units to individual clients within their own home. A number of devices can be monitored including pendants, fall detectors, and smoke alarms. This service provides a means of calling for help or assistance and provides an invaluable source of reassurance for clients for a very low cost.
  • Daily Contact Service – Response24 can offer residents a daily contact service that monitors wellbeing on a day to day basis. This service is ideal for situations when cover is needed for staff sickness and holidays.
  • Fire Alarm Monitoring – Response24 will monitor and respond to fire activations from fire or smoke detectors. All activations are followed up.
  • Security Door Access – Response24 will monitor all visitors via the controlled entry access door. This is an additional security measure for residents.
  • Lone Worker Monitoring – Response24 can monitor staff who work alone. No special handsets are required staff can simply use their mobile phones to log their whereabouts and ensure their safety and wellbeing is being monitored.
  • Medical Reminder Call – Response24 can contact an individual to help them remember to take medication. Contact can be made at an designated time each day.
  • Domestic Violence Service – Response24 work in partnership with Strathclyde Police to provide this service. A personal alarm unit is installed where the threat of domestic violence has been identified. A silent alarm is activated to the control centre, who then contacts the police.

For safety and security purposes all calls are voice recorded. This is an integral part of the service and is activated when a call is made.
