how to apply

If you wish to apply for Care Housing you can apply for care housing by contacting any Bield Office. An application pack will be posted to you. This will include a location list, an application form, guidance notes for assisting with completing the form and our general information leaflets about Care Housing. Some of our Care Housing has qualifying criteria e.g. dementia / live in the local area. Our staff will be happy to discuss this with you. Click here to go to contact us.

Simply click on the PDF file icon and print off the application form and guidance notes. Complete the form and return to the Bield Office nearest to you. Please note the form cannot be completed on computer. It can only be printed for completion by hand / type.

Information on current charges can be obtained from the office responsible for the care home you are interested in.
