general needs housing

This type of housing is suitable for a range of applicants such as single people, couples or families. We currently have a very small number of General Needs houses.

The accommodation is self contained with one or more bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen and bathroom. All properties have basic facilities such as full central heating, double glazing and good insulation.

General needs housing is for independent people who do not require any help or support. It is available to any person over the age of 16.
