Within locations, you can select properties available within a specific area and are also able to specify the type of accommodation required. In some properties, more information on the property is available online.
Information on current charges can be obtained from the office responsible for the development you are interested in. Most charges are paid on a monthly basis and consist of a basic rent and a service charge element. There may also be charges for heating or meals, depending on the services provided.
