Make a complaint

We recognise that on occasion you may not receive the service you expect from us. We need to know when we get things wrong so we can put things right. It will also help us to make improvements to the services we provide.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive from us your Scheme Manager or Housing Officer will be happy to listen to you. They can help advise who you should contact. You may find they may be able to resolve the problem immediately.
