Transferring or exchanging to another Bield House
You can apply to transfer or exchange to another house within your scheme or to another Bield scheme at any time. Scheme Managers and Housing Officers will be able to supply the necessary application forms. All transfers will be arranged in accordance with Bield's Allocation Policy.
If you live in specially designed accommodation eg. Very Sheltered Housing, exchanges can only be made with others eligible for this type of accommodation.
Transfers or exchanges to another Landlord
Applications can be made direct to another landlord or you can ask Bield staff to help you. You will only be able to transfer if you meet the criteria for the scheme you wish to move to.

Ending your tenancy
If you wish to end your tenancy with Bield, you must write to us giving 28 days notice. You can send us a letter or complete a Termination Notice (link). If you have a joint tenancy, it is essential that both parties sign the form or letter. The tenancy will terminate at the end of your notice period or on the day the keys are handed in, if this is after the end of the notice period.
