Making a claim
Should you need to make an insurance claim you should contact Jennifer Hosea at our Dundee Office Tel 01382 228911. Jennifer will be happy to advise you on the process for submitting a claim. This should be done as soon as possible as a delay can effect your claim.
Further information about the current insurance policy is displayed on your scheme noticeboard or available from your Scheme Manager or Housing Officer.
General Needs Tenants
Tenants who live in our General Needs housing will need to arrange their own contents insurance. We can recommend a range of flexible insurance services that may be suitable for you - please speak to your Housing Officer if you would like further information.
