Bield is committed to engaging with its service users.
We encourage all tenants to get involved (as individuals or groups) in the affairs of their scheme, of Bield and at a national level. This allows tenants to have a say about the services and issues that affect them.
There are many ways to get involved:
- Share your views and ideas of how services could be improved with your Scheme Manager or Housing Officer
- Scheme Noticeboards will give information about forthcoming activities and events
- Scheme Meetings for all tenants are arranged at least once per year
- Surveys - Bield carry out various satisfaction surveys as we want to hear your views
