Bield welcomes complaints from its tenants, service users, customers, partners and colleagues. A copy of our complaints procedure is available for download from the Library section of this website (click here to go to policies).
You can complain in a number of ways:
- Complete the online form below which you then submit to Bield
- Writing a letter and sending to your local office (click here to go to contact us)
- Telephoning your local office (click here to go to contact us)
- Contacting your Scheme Manager
