If you are frail and are having difficulty living at home independently and safely, then care housing may be for you. You must normally be aged 60 years or over.
Contact any Bield office and ask for an application form. Complete the form and return to the office detailed on the form. Our staff will be happy to answer any queries you may have. Alternatively you can download an application form from this page.

All applications for care housing are assessed by the Social Work Department of the local authority concerned.This process, known as a community care needs assessment, has to be completed before an application can be fully considered.
