Response24 are a part of Bield Housing Association, which has been continuously developing housing and community services for older people in Scotland for almost 40 years.
Response 24 are now 21 years old and we provide a quality service that can be tailored to suit individual or organisational needs.
We are members of the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and fully accredited with the 2009 Codes of Practice.
Response 24 comply fully with the Data Protection Act. For further security we record all calls.
