Bield currently works in partnership with Hanover Scotland and Trust Housing Associations on a range of projects which aim to promote equality for Scotland’s many communities, particularly Black and Minority Ethnic people.
The three Housing Associations currently employ a Housing Equal Opportunities Manager who manages a programme of work in the area of Equality.This includes a range of initiatives which aim to provide opportunities for individuals from BME communities to gain employment within housing and the public sector within Edinburgh and the Lothians.
