ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Salary: £18,750 - £20,750 per annum

Somerset Place, Glasgow

We are looking for a well-organised individual to provide high quality senior administrative support to our Information Support Manager in our Community Services Department. With a good working knowledge of I.T. you should have experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems and producing written correspondence. Using your excellent numerical skills, you will be assisting in the management of budgets and the production of financial and statistical reports. This post requires a team player, who has effective communication skills to deal efficiently with departments across the organisation. An HNC in Business Studies or equivalent qualification is essential.

Temporary Relief Scheme Manager
Salary: £12,750 - £16,500

Anderston and Jordanhill, Glasgow

Working between two sheltered housing schemes, the main focus of your role will be to assist in the management of the buildings and ensure the safety and comfort of our residents is met at tall times. Experience of working with older people is desirable and you should have excellent communication skills coupled with a calm, reliable and flexible approach to your work. It is essential that you have a full driving license and access to a motor vehicle (mileage will be paid) as you will be required to travel between the two schemes. Hours of employment are 10 per week, from 8.30am to 2.30pm on Saturday and from 8.30am – 12.30 on Sunday each week. You will also be required to provide cover in the absence of the Scheme Manager. This post is temporary for 18 months.

Scheme Assistant (Evenings)

Dundas Court, Knightswood, Glasgow

Dundas Court provides very sheltered housing for older people. Main duties include maintaining a high level of cleanliness within he scheme’s common areas, providing tenants with general support, serving meals, preparing light snacks and assisting tenants to participate in social activities. Hours of employment are 16 per week, from 5pm to 9pm on Wednesday to Saturday each week

Carntyne Gardens, Carntyne, Glasgow

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, and a sensitivity towards supporting older people, to provide cover in the absence of permanent staff members. Weekend and holiday work is also available.
