We aim to provide an excellent service but how do we make sure these don’t slip? The answer is - we set up key performance indicators (KPI’s) and monitor these throughout the year.
During 2016-17 we carried out more than 14,000 repairs. We relet more than 700 properties. It's important for us to know that we have met the standards set out in our policies and procedures
We have an ongoing survey programme especially designed to gather the opinions of our service users and staff.
Of the new tenants who moved in and responded to our survey – 61% said that their physical health had improved since moving. An amazing 94% are of the opinion that their peace of mind had improved.
One tenant said “Wonderful service, friendly relaxed atmosphere and I was made to feel at home the very first week. Another says “It is brilliant and I really could not be happier”.
