We try to provide services that our customers need. We want to make life easier for older people and those who care for them. It really helps us to know when we get things right so please tell us if we have made your day or you have a suggestion that will help us do things better.
By the same token if we have let you down we want to know about it. Please speak to your Local Manager or Housing Officer so we can put things right straight away.
