Next year we will renew our framework for furniture used in our communal spaces, guest roms, etc.

Past consultations
In January 2020, Scottish Public Service Ombidusman published an updated model complaint handling process.
As a result, all RSLs had to update their complaint policies and procedures.
The Bield Board approved the updated Complaint Policy on 25 March 2020.
Key issues that have been changed thanks to consultation include:
- Information on tenant disputes included in complaint leaflet
- Large print version of complaint leaflet to be made available
Between April 2021 - May 2021 we consulted on our Tenancy Managemet Policy.
As part of the consultation, we reviewed how we allocate homes that have been adapted to people who need adaptations.

Thanks to everyone that commented on the policy. We will review this policy again in 2026.
