My Bield is temporarily unavailable due to a system upgrade. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Applications for housing via My Bield are unavailable during this time, however, you can access an online application form here. Please note application processing times will be slightly longer than normal.

What you need to know

  • Existing tenants should contact their Retirement Housing Manager in the first instance for any support you normally use the portal for.
  • New applicants should contact our Customer Contact Centre who will be happy to help. You can call them on 03000 132 162 or email applicants@bield.co.uk for support.
