Tenant Satisfaction

We collect tenant satisfaction to help us understand where we are doing well, and where we can improve. Each quarter, we select a number of developments to invite tenants to complete a tenant satisfaction survey. At the end of the year, we will use this to report to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
