Tenant Satisfaction

Your views matter to us. We regularly ask tenants for feedback to help us understand what we're doing well and where we can improve. Your responese help shape our services, influence decisions and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our communities.

We use tenant satisfaction surveys, feedback from complaints and compliments and engagement activities to moniitor performance and make improvements. We're committed to being open about results and sharing how your feedback has led to real changes.

The insights collected throughout the year will be compiled and reported to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
