Led by Elizabeth Peacock, our Development & Investment team continues to play a pivotal role in delivering safe, modern and energy-efficient homes that support our Independent Living Approach.
This quarter’s highlights include:
-
Kitchen and bathroom upgrades across multiple developments, with positive feedback from tenants on the quality and professionalism of the work.
-
Lighting replacements using LED technology to improve energy efficiency and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
-
Completion of roofing, window and door replacements, and warden call system upgrades, enhancing safety, accessibility, and energy performance.
-
Continued progress on our closed asset conversions, transforming underused spaces into high-quality homes and supporting the wider housing needs of older people.
-
Ongoing delivery of our Net Zero strategy, including external wall insulation and solar PV projects, supported by new energy performance data from our asset management dashboard.
These works are part of a long-term investment strategy to ensure our homes are fit for the future, tailored to the needs of older people, and embedded with the principles of safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
We thank Liz and the team for their ongoing dedication and the tangible improvements they are delivering for our tenants across Scotland.
