Our 2023–28 Business Strategy keeps our focus firmly on our customers, with ambitious goals to enhance services, embrace innovation, and support independent living.
We’re now seeking a new Board Member to help us meet the challenges ahead. We’re especially keen to hear from individuals with digital expertise who can help us drive innovation and improve the lives of the people we serve.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
- Digital transformation and service innovation
- IT strategy and infrastructure
- Cybersecurity and data protection
- Digital inclusion and user-centred design
- Data and analytics for decision-making
- CRM systems, cloud platforms, or tenant engagement tools
You don’t need previous Board experience, we value fresh perspectives and offer support and training. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who shares our vision of a Scotland where older people are respected, empowered, and supported to live fulfilling lives.
