We are delighted to announce that we have become a Founding Partner of UK HIVE, a new collaborative initiative led by HACT that brings together organisations from across the housing sector to tackle shared challenges through innovation, research and partnership working.
Developed through extensive consultation with housing organisations and sector stakeholders, UK HIVE provides a trusted space for collaboration, enabling partners to share knowledge, test new ideas and develop practical solutions that improve services for residents and communities.
As a Founding Partner, Bield will work alongside organisations from across the UK to help shape new approaches that deliver better outcomes for older people while strengthening collaboration across the housing sector.
Debbie Collins, Chief Executive of Bield, said:
"The challenges facing housing providers are becoming increasingly complex as we respond to the changing needs and expectations of older people. Becoming a Founding Partner of UK HIVE allows Bield to be part of a genuinely collaborative initiative from the very beginning.
"No single organisation has all the answers. By sharing knowledge, learning from one another and testing new ideas together, we have an opportunity to deliver better services for our tenants and customers while helping to shape the future of the sector.
"Collaboration has the potential to accelerate innovation, reduce duplication and make the best use of resources, allowing organisations to invest more in what matters most - providing high-quality homes and services that improve people's lives."
UK HIVE has been established by HACT to create a long-term framework for collaboration across the housing sector, supporting organisations to share expertise, generate evidence and develop practical solutions to common challenges.
