We are beginning our early conversations with tenants about Bield’s rent plans for 2027/28—and we want you to be involved from the start.

We know that decisions about rent matter. They affect what tenants pay, as well as the services, investment and support Bield can provide. Before we develop our detailed rent proposals, we want to understand what matters most to you and where you think our priorities should lie.

This short survey is an opportunity to tell us what you value and what you would like Bield to consider when developing its plans.

This is the first stage of our rent consultation. Your feedback will help shape the options we develop. Later in the year, we will carry out a wider consultation setting out our proposed rent options and explaining what each would mean for tenants in pounds and pence.
