Tenant Insight Network
The Tenant Insight Network, or TIN, is a simple way for tenants to stay informed and have their say on Bield services.
By joining TIN, tenants receive regular updates about what is happening across Bield and are invited to share their views through short surveys. These surveys help us understand what matters to tenants, test ideas, improve communication and shape how services are developed.
TIN gives tenants a flexible way to get involved. You do not need to attend meetings or make a regular time commitment. You can choose which surveys you want to complete and share your views on the issues that matter most to you.
Feedback from TIN helps us make better decisions and ensures tenant voice is considered when we review policies, improve services or plan changes.
