We offer a range of housing options designed for people aged 50 and over across Scotland. If you are under 50, it is unlikely you will be housed within our properties.

Applying
You can download our fillable PDF Housing Application form below, complete and save it and return it via applicants@bield.co.uk. Please ensure that all entered information is saved before emailing the form. You may also attach any relevant supporting documentation to accompany your application.
You can also request a paper application form by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 03000 132 162.

Verification
As part of the application process, you must supply verification before we can make your application live. Proof of identity and address is requested for every application. Depending on your current housing circumstances, we may need you to provide other supporting documents to ensure you are allocated the correct points. If you encounter difficulties providing any of the accepted documents listed in the table below, please contact us as soon as possible. We do appreciate that circumstances can vary and, on occasion, we will look to explore possible alternative options to find a solution.
